Lord Howe Island follows the time changes of New South Wales which, but is in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) Zone in Australia plus 30 minutes, which is 10.5 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+10.5).

Daylight Saving Time is observed in New South Wales, but Lord Howe Island time shifts forward by 1/2 hour, resulting in a 11 hour difference ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+11)

After the Summer months the time is shifted back by 1/2 hour resulting in the normal Standard Time of GMT +10.5.
