Quebec‘s far eastern North Shore is supposed to use Atlantic Standard Time year round with no daylight savings.

Most of Québec is in the Eastern Time Zone in Canada, which is 5 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-5). The areas of Québec, east of 63°W longitude, do not change to daylight time and remain on Atlantic Standard time all year round.

Like most provinces in Canada, Daylight Saving Time is observed in Québec, where the time is shifted forward by 1 hour, resulting in a 4 hours difference behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-4).

After the Summer months the time is shifted back by 1 hour resulting in the normal 5 hours difference behind GMT.
